She has a Master’s Degree in Gerontology and a genuine passion for working with senior adults. For the past 23 years Arrianne has been working in the aging field in a variety of settings. She first started coordinating pageants for senior adults in 1992 and brought the pageant concept to the Wellington in 2002, shortly after she started working there. Over the years the Ms. Wellington Pageant has grown into what is now one of the most anticipated and well attended events in the community. Arrianne is really looking forward to this year’s pageant as it will once again bring the community’s love of the The Ms. Wellington Pageant and Thunder Basketball together for another incredibly exciting event. And she is particularly excited about honoring OKC’s favorite couple Vanity & Kendrick Perkins!
  • Executive DirectorLisa Cline has been with the Wellington Retirement Community for the past eight years, initially as the Business Director and now as the Executive Director. She has always been involved with the pageant and says that it is one of the best things about her job. Lisa is just as passionate about Thunder basketball as she is working with senior adults. It was Lisa who initially came up with the idea to incorporate the Thunder into last year’s pageant theme. She feels that the sense of community you feel when you walk into The Wellington is the same sense of community the Thunder has brought to Oklahoma City. Our residents are huge Thunder fans so she knew everyone would be excited. The Thunder themed pageant is one way our retirement community can show our support of OKC’s basketball team. Living at The Wellington has its “PERKS” and as always, “PERK UP!”

He took that little window of opportunity and made a career out of it by always trying to get better and mastering the fundamentals. The game of basketball is changing and to be successful you must have the ability to be multi-dimensional.
